Hello everyone,
I am Nancy who is a girl from Mainland China. Before I come in Hong Kong, I had four years of study in Wuhan, Hubei province and one-year working experience in my hometown. During the time of working, I did the same job like customer service office in two different companies. About this job, I guess it has a strong relationship with collaboration. For example, I am a team member about deal specifically with customers’ complaints, so we often share our experience about how to communicate with customers and then make customers feel satisfaction.
